Dividend Income – November 2015

And the ball keeps rolling!  I didn't quite match my October dividends, but that is mostly due to October and December being generally heavier dividend months.  I was able to invest a lot of new money due to my salary structure.  I am really starting to see the dividend payments roll in for all my investments in the last few months.  In general, sometimes you miss a payment when you first invest, so at times it takes a couple months to get going but I think I'm about to hit a nice stretch.  Can't argue with a few more free dollars in my pocket without having to lift a finger.  So here's what I've got:

Dividends Received:

Procter & Gamble (PG): $19.22

Caterpillar (CAT): $19.25

Apple (AAPL): $4.68

Kinder Morgan (KMI): $18.36

Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI): $18.48

HCP, Inc (HCP): $10.74

Month Total: $90.73

YTD Total: $388.00

$90 is a long way from where I want to wind up, but its a hell of a long way from the $5 of dividends I started out with in 2013.  I'm expecting a pretty large December payout to finish out the year at over $500 of dividends for the year.

Anybody have a successful month in November?? Better yet, did anyone START investing in November? Finish up the year strong 🙂
